Lucky Me!

Lucky Me! is the Philippine instant-noodle brand of Monde Nissin, launched on 1 November 1989 and manufactured in Santa Rosa, Laguna. It is the most-chosen consumer brand in the Philippines (Kantar Worldpanel 2014 and subsequent years), reaching effectively every Filipino household.

The 1991 launch of Pancit Canton was a category-defining moment — a dry-pouch stir-fry format modelled on the Filipino celebration dish of the same name, and one of the first mass-market instant stir-fry noodles outside the Japanese yakisoba / Korean jjajang traditions. Go Cup (from 1995) brought the same approach into cup format and expanded into distinctly Filipino flavour directions: La Paz Batchoy (the iconic Iloilo offal soup), Bulalo (beef-shank-and-marrow stew), and Seafood. Core flavour lines carry Filipino calamansi-citrus profiles (Calamansi, Chilimansi) alongside Sweet & Spicy, Hot Chili, and a Korean-style Jjamppong variant.

Abroad, Lucky Me! is a staple in Filipino diaspora communities — visible in every Filipino-Asian grocery section across the US, Canada, Australia, the Middle East, and the UK. Pancit Canton in particular is one of the most widely exported dry stir-fry instant noodles in the world. The brand tagline "Happy We" anchors its positioning around family meals.
